  • File a Bug Report or Feature Request: Bug reports and feature requests are made via our ticket system (or click the link in the header). When filing bug reports, please include system information and as much detail on the bug as you can—include the steps required to reproduce the bug, if you can.

  • Browse the Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base (sometimes also called an FAQ) contains answers to commonly-asked questions, and solutions to commonly-encountered issues. Click the link here, or in the header, to browse our Knowledge Base.

Note: If you don't register, you won't be able to attach files to tickets, and you'll need to keep the email you receive when you submit the ticket: It contains a Ticket Key, which you'll need to track your tickets. My History will let you look up prior tickets using your email address and that Ticket Key.
